We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. The face on the girl looks rather good, but the rest of her body is appears a bit bony and withered, which kind of looks strange (gives the impression that she's old?), but it adds to the unsettling monster about to crunch her head off with it's amazing sharp beak & teeth combo of a mouth. The colorscheme on the monster and how the transition between light and dark forces you to look at the girl.
Overall, excellent.
